Technical Qualities
Speedy installation:
In today's construction projects, time is the utmost valuable commodity
for both the owner and the contractor. The webs setup in the blocks
enable easy steel rod placement for highly earthquake prone areas. In
addition, Anista easy stack system provides the speed required to finish
the project prior to any schedule agreed upon. There is no need to
install and uninstall metal forms to build share concrete walls.
Increase concrete quality:
Anista ICF blocks provide ample insulation for the fresh concrete to
cure. Building codes worldwide are particularly sensitive to concrete
curing methods. Most metal forms are not sealed well against hot or
cold air that reaches the concrete while curing. After removal,
contractor is forced to keep the concrete moist with water or damp
cloth. Comparatively, Anista ICFs remain on the concrete and hold the
concrete moister inside for a long period after pouring, hence allowing
superb curing and more strength.
Lightweight handling with safety:
There is no heavy lifting required at construction sites. This is
primarily due to the light weight of each block (approximately 2 KG).
Therefore, the energy loss of contractors' labor force is rather little
compared to moving about metal forms that are hazardous as well.
Separation material not required:
When removing metal forms from the concrete wall, most contractors use
oils or material that makes this task easy. However, the residue
remaining on these forms affect the quality of the concrete poured
during the following sessions. Anista ICF blocks remain with and become
a part of the concrete wall.
Proper steel rod positions:
Anista ICF blocks contain webs made of HIPS (high impact polystyrene)
that provide specific, easy to reach steel rod space to position the
very important concrete reinforcement exactly as the design engineer
orders. This placement is crucial in achieving a building's earth quake
proof design.
Advantages during a natural disaster:
Many countries in the region i.e. Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan have
experienced natural disasters such as earth quakes. The speed in
assembling the Anista ICF blocks provides immediate insulated shelter
for people during the aftermath.
